Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • 7 Day Return Window: We’ve extended our return period to 7  days post-delivery to give you ample time to decide if your purchase meets your expectations.
  • Condition for Returns & Exchanges: Products must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and packaging. Due to the personal nature of socks and innerwear, items must be unopened and in the sealed packaging they arrived in.
  • Faulty Items: Received something not up to standards? We apologize and are committed to making it right. Contact us for a straightforward replacement or refund, including shipping costs, for any defective merchandise.

Easy Return Process

  • Ship It Back to Us: Pack the items securely, attach the provided shipping label, and drop the package at your nearest shipping location.
  • Quick Refund/Exchange Processing: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your request promptly. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and exchanges are shipped to you without additional charges.

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Customers can initiate a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Hygiene Policy: Due to the intimate nature of socks and innerwear, we can only accept returns of items that have not been tried on or used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize resolving these issues through replacements or refunds, with no additional shipping costs to you.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Looking for a different size or color? Exchanges are easy at Sox Box. Subject to inventory availability, we’ll ship your new item(s) as soon as we receive your return.
